beneficiency.net™ is the culmination of the practical experience of two benefits brokers, Jerry Deatherage and Todd Goodwin, who have nearly 30 combined years of knowledge designing, installing and administering benefit plans for businesses. They saw many clients and prospects that had no consistent system for tracking eligibility, enrollments and terminations for employees and the employee benefits offered. The result for many businesses has been thousands of dollars spent on unnecessary benefits, fines due to compliance infringements, and other wasted dollars associated with poor internal management of the benefits process.
